As part of a transfer mandate our remuneration consists of 2 additional parts :
- A retainer fee of a fixed amount for the preparation of deliverables (blind profile, information memorandum, procedure letters) and the selection of targets, determined according to the complexity of the project and the estimated preparation time, payable in part to the signature of the mandate and the balance upon delivery of the documents.
- A success fee of a variable amount payable upon the completion of the transaction
